My 12 year daughter and I booked haircuts. They were able to accommodate doing my roots too (I called on the day ahead of my appointment). Hannah gave my daughter a lovely wash and cut, she was so pleased with it and wore her new hair out to school for the first time. They also managed to give her some tips on how to manage her very thick curly hair, she left feeling very confident, which is so important at this young age. They were quick and efficient too. Very happy,
