Interestingly enough, the appointment wasn't 30 minutes but 1 hour because they wash and dry your hair after the head massage. However, I felt like about 10 minutes was spent putting oil in my hair, as opposed to, massaging it. Then there was some massaging of my head, after which she massaged my neck and shoulders. I think that knowing this before the appointment would make a difference to how you experience it.
The hair dressers were very nice and accommodating. The styling was okay but not perfect. I paid a lot for it and it was below my usual standard. My hair was clearly still a little dry and frizzy and should really have been gone over with a hair straightener not just left like that. They didn’t go above & beyond to make my hair look perfect like other salons I go to do. So a little disappointed with that.
