I was book a full head highlights I come out looking yellow roots absolutely disgusting not what I was expecting I will definitely not recommend anyone to have a highlights for my experience in there as it’s gonna cost me another £160 to correct her mistake

sadly Kaitlin no longer works there who did my hair, wishing her all the best for future plans (May your path forward be bright & Wellness). Laura did my perm today so compassionate & understanding about my Health condition, we went for a tighter perm this time because the back was dropping l still had the piggyback perm done at the front, she done a fantastic job nice tight curls with volume and when I get my Highlight done it will change my hair into a stylish smart look. A master at her craft

Layla took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered exactly the result I was hoping for.
