Alex is always friendly gives a really good haircut always remembers her clients aking them about what happened since last visit. I asked Alex about highlights and she could have just said yes and taken my money but she said the natural colours in your hair are amazing and as your going on holuday the sun will lighten your hair. It would only be spending money that wasn't necessary. Always thinking about her clients.
