I went to Alex as my amazing hairdresser was unable to do my hair. I asked for a trim. As a girl who has had a blunt cut all my life, I didn’t think this would be an issue. However, shocked to realise not only is the cut v v v uneven, squint and badly cut…I have layers! Layers so short I can’t put my hair in a bun or a platt without hair falling out. It’s awful. This isn’t a trim! I didn’t ask for layers nor was I aware you was giving me layers at the time. The worst haircut I’ve ever had.
