I held off leaving a review, assuming my stylist was having a bad day, but after speaking to others, it seems this is common. There was little interaction, and she seemed short despite it being my first visit. The bleached sections of my hair snapped (I hadn’t bleached it in nearly a year), and I had to go elsewhere to fix it. Basic questions about my preferences weren’t asked either, such as how much I’d like off the ends, or where my parting was.

Been in the salon with Macy already 3 times … this last time I brought my little girl with me and was very welcomed her work on my hair looks amazing with lots of compliments also referred to 2 my friends and they love the salon too
