I would tell them it was very positive. Very short waiting time, very quick and thorough service and my therapist was very friendly and good at the job. Very good value also, will definitely go back. Only tiny complaint was that reception weren't overly friendly (and that is first impression)

I booked in for a trim but as the stylist (Jack) was so helpful & knowledgeable I decided on the spur of the moment to get some ballayage highlights done.
(he works there part time then the rest of the week is a trainer for colourists at Vidal Sassoon) - very happy with the result for both! Will definitely be going back. :)

Salon House is a great salon, that is well maintained and very clean. I had a laser treatment on my legs, as well as a haircut and treatment. Both my hair stylist and Neda were really nice and did a great job.

Great wax, really thorough one of the best I have had. Nice room and relaxing atmosphere. I had a holly wood hot wax and it was done quickly and efficiently. I have had a fair few waxes and I would recommend it to anyone.
