The salon has a great location for a quick trip in the lunch break, and is really nice. The therapist was very professional, quick, and the treatment was as painless as it can get. I would highly recommend it.

The ambiance was great and the therapist was really nice, but by far the best part of my experience at Salon House was simply the quality of the wax: suprisingly less painful than I expected and very thorough. I had never had a brazilian before and I was really nervous but the relaxing music (it was almost more of a spa-like feel to the room than a waxing room) and the therapist put me at ease. I will definitely be going back!

Salon House is a perfectly nice place to go and have treatments; it was bright, clean, and the staff were all very plesant. The girl who did my Half-Leg and Hollywood waxing was really lovely and made me feel completely at ease, which is a hard thing to feel when you are naked from the waist down in front of a stranger. She was very professional, she made the whole process as painless as possble, tweezed out the straggling hairs and taking every care that she could possibly take. The one thing that spoiled it was that as I was having a Hollywood Wax I expected everything to come off, so imagine my surprise when she asked me to turn over, did the back of my legs and then told me she had finished. I absolutely should have said something at the time so this is not a retrospective whinge, but I have only ever had a Hollywood done at one salon before so I was too embarressed to ask her to do between my cheeks in case this was something only my usual place did. Having come home and googled Hollywood Wax I know I wasn't given the full treatment. I have a feeling she was either newly graduated or still in training so hopefully she will develop her skills as she was very good other than this small ommitance.
