The salon has a nice layout and atmosphere. Very accommodating staff who were able to start my appointment early. Magda completed my treatment and she was very professional and very friendly. I don't live nearby anymore however I would definitely return if I could. Using a Treatwell voucher meant it was ridiculously good value for the quality of the service.
Brazilian Waxing
I really loved the overall ambience of the Salon House - professional and homey at the same time.
They offer a wide range of services, going through beauty, manicure and even hair - that time I went for a wax as I was looking for a good cost/effective place near work. And it's exactly what I found.
I am actually considering getting laser done and had my free consultation with them - again extremely nice and took the time, the prices don't seem over the top either.
In any case, they will see me again :)
Ladies' Waxing
This was my first ever manicure (& you'd be surprised at how old I am!) so I can't compare it to anything, however, it was a good experience and my nails look great. The manicurist was lovely - annoyingly I didn't get her name - she was friendly without being too chatty. The treatment seemed very thorough and she explained each step which was helpful for me as a novice!
Manicure
First time of getting a hollywood wax so I was pretty nervous as I hadn't a clue of the procedure. The lady I had didn't speak fluent english, but it wasn't too bad either, I understood everything and she was very sweet and polite. The wax was painless! Ok, that's a slight exaggeration, it hurt after she pulled the wax strip off but for about 3 burning seconds and then it was absolutely fine. I must say, from friends it seemed the wax would be far more painful but it was brilliant. Would definitely come back!
Hollywood Waxing
So pleased with my gel nails! First time I've had them done and would definitely go back. The therapist was lovely- so friendly and professional. The ambience of the salon was so relaxing and I felt really pampered for an hour. Great place, great staff, perfect nails!
