Staff are friendly, I am happy with my treatment. Therapist talked me through the treatment and made me feel relaxed.
Brazilian Waxing
Had a wash cut and blow dry. Very good cut, hairdresser listened to what I wanted. There was no extra charge for long hair - bonus.

after a very nice welcome I went to the beauty treatments room in the downstairs area, which is very clean, lovely decoration and feels just right. the waxing was good, wax a bit too hot, but overall fine, it's not exactly an enjoyable treatment even if it's done very well but this one was fine.

I had a great experience at Salon House. The therapist was very friendly and considerate to my needs. She made the process as pain-free as possible. I will definitely go back.
Brazilian Waxing
This was my second visit to Salon House for a Brazilian wax. Both times I've been very impressed with the service - polite and friendly staff and more importantly a thorough and (relatively) painless wax. The first time I visited it was to take advantage of a Treatwell deal but as the prices are competitive, I am sure I'll be returning again. The only reason I'm not giving full marks is that when I got home I realised the results were a little bit lopsided, but I am a perfectionist and I'm sure that if I'd noticed before I'd left it would have been sorted out in no time.
