My new favourite salon. The waxing is the best i've had, very quick and pain free. Best of all, over time ingrowing hairs have started disappearing as the wax is done properly. The staff are really friendly but very professional

The staff is welcoming and thoughtful, I got offered a cup of tea when I arrived, which is always nice in the morning!
My treatment was relatively painless (as much as laser can be) and the beautician offered to let me "draw" the shape I wanted. Now, I have had laser sessions before so I know it is not an exact science, but quite a few hair got missed. I don't want to blame the beautician for it, it might have been the intensity of the laser or just my hair, but some of it was definitely missed and never fell off like it normally does. Might give it another try but would ask for more "consistency".

I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and the beautician was already ready for me. The wax was quick and the beautician was chatty and friendly. She also reminded me to buy some aloe vera for aftercare. My only concern was that the wax was too hot. I understand that it needs to be hot but it felt hotter than usual and burnt a little. In the future I would ask her to lower the temperature as much as possible or blow on the wax before applying.
