I have to be honest here. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and was a bit disappointed in the outcome. I have had this done previously at different salons, with no issues at all. Everything seemed fine, until the day after the threading was complete. I had many areas on the softer under side of my brow which had scabbed and were very sore, not to mention looked absolutely terrible. If you get this treatment done here, proceed with caution.

I booked in for a blow-dry with half hair up. From the list of blow dry services, I could see this was the most expensive, so opted for that to ensure that it included having my hair partly pinned. The shampoo felt really heavy handed and my head was spinning a little afterwards, however, the blow dry and hair styling was great. As I was about to leave, I was told that I needed to pay an additional £25 for having half hair up, even though this is what I booked and paid for through Treatwell! I explained that I had already paid £25, so in the end £20 was handed over. I am still dismayed, my treatment says blow dry bar - 45 minutes with half hair up...
