The massage itself was very nice, but they neglected to inform me that they would need to remove my makeup as they would be using massage oil on my face and in my hair. I think this is quite important as the appointment was in afternoon and I was meant to go out afterwards.

It was so relaxing i actually fell asleep. I needed to change my treatment that morning and they were happy and able to accommodate my request with no problem at all. Very happy yet again :)
