The beautician did a good job with my eyelash extensions, however it was the booking process that I found frustrating. I booked my appointment on a Sunday, for the following Thursday, however it wasn't until Tuesday that they called me to say that actually the Treatwell booking system doesn't match up to their in house one so I'd have to make a new booking for the following week. I was rather frustrated by this as it meant I wouldn't have nice eyelashes for my event, not to mention I couldn't go anywhere else as all those appointments had been filled. I asked why they use Treatwell if it isn't linked to their system, and their only answer was that it's an ongoing problem.
Please note that I'm happy with my eyelashes and would recommend this - but best to simply call and book.
