Claire was absolutely fantastic; my Swedish massage was incredibly relaxing but tough enough to work out the knots in my shoulders! Following that, I had the express facial which, again, was lovely. She talked me through each and every product as well as asking questions regarding my skincare regime to give me the best product mix possible. Afterwards, at my request, she wrote down all products used as well as gave me suggestions on which facials/products to get in future to help my skin to be as healthy as possible! Loved the experience, will definitely be back.
