Had booked a wash, cut and blow dry as I had an interview the following day. Arrived on time, and the woman was very confused that I was there. After showing her proof of my appointment, she realised someone at the salon had booked me in for the previous day. However no one had bothered to call me to see where I was. After not being very apologetic, she said no one could see me tonight.
