The treatment was okay, but I expected for the lady that did the treatment to explain the steps and what will happen during the treatment. I also expected advice on how my skin looks and any recommendation on further treatments. Overall, it was okay!

Really great visit to this hair salon. Ersan was great - really attentive, took time to find out what I really wanted, gave an amazing head massage coupled with a fancy massage chair. Actually felt partly like a spa trip. And he did a great job with my hair which was no mean feat. Would definitely recommend.

Had a briliant first experience doing a hydrafacial in prep for my wedding. Filiz was super thorough, helpful and reassured me that with the skin condition I have I should have no problems. She was extremely thorough with the treatment and even took time to let product sink in before moving on to the next aspect.
