Firstly, I wish to make clear that there was nothing wrong with the blowdry but something unexpected and hurtful happened when i reached the reception before leaving. Eventhough the blowdry took exactly 40mins as per allocated time, I was advised that I should pay extra because I have thick hair. Nowhere in price list does it say that people with thick hair must pay extra. The receptionist later said that I should call in advance to make booking and not do it through treatwell so they know that am african and so i have curly hair which needs special attention. Disgraceful.
