The Salon is very nice and helpful - they were able to accommodate me dropping in for a patch test very near to the end of the day with no problems. The experience of the LVL treatment was especially relaxing - you are in a private room which is lovely and warm, I got a head massage whilst I waited for the procedure to take effect and it was a great experience. The negative is that the lash lift hasn't worked that well on my lashes (which are very straight, thin and fair to begin with). The technician told me that might be the case and that if I decide to have it done again the effect will be more intense. However, I would certainly recommend this salon to others

Booked a 20min shape and polish. Neither the shaping nor polish were good. The manicurist quickly filed my nails and asked if the shape was ok, when I told her they had all been filed wonky / asymmetrically they seemed annoyed. The polish was applied unevenly, you can see transparent “patches” on my nails. Would not go again.
