The place is very nice and the lady was lovely. The whole experience was quite pleasant but the results were negligible. To be fair, I wasn't sure what to expect but the staff member who did the LVL procedure said it went amazingly and I'd be very pleased with the result - I looked in the mirror and barely noticed a difference. I had the medium lift (that she chose due to my lashes length) and was hoping this would allow me to stop using mascara. No such luck. Was also charged £15 extra for the tint which I thought was going to be included in the LVL treatment.
