I’m very very very disappointed. From the start to the end, the experience was mediocre: the person didn’t present herself, complained that she had 5 facials today clearly made me understood ‘it’s Friday evening - I want to go home’, didn’t explain anything about the treatment despite the fact that I told her it was the 1st type I was having this treatment, absolutely didn’t care about my experience: was very loud in the background, didn’t adjust the lighting or anything to give me that moment of relaxation and me-time I was looking forward to have. Cherry on the cake the treatment only took 40 minutes if not 35.. instead of the 1h10 that I paid for!!!!! Absolutely shocking...

I had my treatment with Julie and she is amazing! Julie was very informative about the treatment I booked for and she also advised me on treatments that would be suitable for my skin. During face mask she gave me arms and shoulders massage, which was super good. I tried many massages and believe me she knows what she's doing. I highly recommend her services. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you Julie!
