Great value and service
The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start. My nails looks great and no issue at all when I stopped they weren't using the right nail polish. Great place to go in and get a quick treatment done.
Found this salon via the Summer Sale promotion, and the whole experience was so strange! The salon was made up of all female staff wearing black clothing (pretty standard for most salons) with the exception of one male staff member who was strutting around in an all white outfit, looking like he didn’t know what to do with himself. I thought my pedicure would include a foot spa, and the day I visited, it was very hot and I was wearing sandals - yet the girl worked on my feet without gloves on and without washing my feet first...it felt a bit gross and I wasn’t even touching my own feet! I had a separate lady who did my manicure at the same time who was actually very polite and the only person to offer me a drink and chat with me. I had gel removed from both my hands and feet and my feet were placed into a fan lamp which got so hot that when I took my feet out, they were bright red and were sore. The manicure didn’t feel very complete as my cuticles were not cut and there was no real tidy up done, so some nails look good and some look like I just painted them myself. Weird salon and weird vibes inside - two customers came in just before my treatments were ending and their presence in the salon clearly made the female staff uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the discount and the locality to my office, I wouldn’t have gone. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

This may be the worst manicure I have ever had. First, I asked for a specific colour by OPI and was given a different one by Essie. I noticed that the base coat had top coat were not OPI either. Then, I told the woman that there was something on my nail (a white fiber) and asked her to fix it. She said it wouldn’t be noticeable after the top coat and continued to polish over it. Well, I knew that wouldn’t work! Less than an hour two of my nails were ruined due to having too many coats of polish on them (overpolished) other nails had bare patches on them (under polished). I had an event to attend so I had to run to Boots and pick up a nail polish and remover ask a friend to help me fix my nails. I’m not the sort of person who leaves negative reviews but I’d like to save someone else from disaster.
