Julie was great, very friendly and kind - and did a wonderful job of fitting me in for a quick patch test the day before. The treatment procedure itself overall was good - but I was disappointed with the results. The overall atmosphere of the salon was great, including an additional head massage during treatment by Julie - but I wasn't consulted on the type of lift I would like (I believe there should be a choice in size depending on how dramatic you want the look) and the tint seems to have faded pretty quickly already just after a couple of days - and so I don't think it worth the extra cost. My lashes were very wet after finishing and had a lot of adhesive left on the eyelid - not a good look when you cannot wash your face/eyes for at least 24 hours. They dried all stuck together - and were never fanned out until after 48 hours having washed them - it was only then that I could see they had an OK lift, but not great. In comparison to my Shu Umera eyelash curler, it feels a little lackluster.
