I booked a facial which was supposed to last 1 hour and 10 min. On the day of the appointment i was informed that my cosmetician was running late by 15 min. Which was fine, when arrived though she had her hair done by one of the hairdressers. Once she was finished I had my treatment and instead of the full package she has given me a facial of between 30 and 40 minutes. That is including a mask which just stayed on. The head massage was “dotting” on my head while I had the face mask on. The cosmetician was very friendly and seemed to know what she does but I was disappointed by the price versus value I have received. It was supposed to be a pampering session for me and not a 30min Express treatment which I had before and they were better than that.
