Really lovely manicure. Got glitter instead of stars because was given the advice the stars peel. The colour looks great, feels really Christmassy and I’m happy with the shape.

The venue was very clean and nice but when I booked for later in the evening after work (7.30), the lady doing the wax for me seemed to really want to finish work and go home. I wasn’t even late, and i’ve never experienced a hollywood wax done so rushed. It was a shame. I had other wax experiences with beauticians who really took the time, and were attentive.

The woman at reception was lovely, however the lady doing my gel manicure was rude and seemed inexperienced. She cut my cuticle roughly and made it bleed and the ‘festive Treatwell’ manicure wasn’t great. The gel was applied thickly and unevenly whilst the stars were peeling off as I left.
