Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Went for the Keratin straightening treatment that was recommended by one of the staff when I went for a previous hair cut. Throughout the process I was told what to expect and how long it would take. This made my experience smooth and enjoyable since I was there for about 2 hours.

Really lovely manicure. Got glitter instead of stars because was given the advice the stars peel. The colour looks great, feels really Christmassy and I’m happy with the shape.

The venue was very clean and nice but when I booked for later in the evening after work (7.30), the lady doing the wax for me seemed to really want to finish work and go home. I wasn’t even late, and i’ve never experienced a hollywood wax done so rushed. It was a shame. I had other wax experiences with beauticians who really took the time, and were attentive.
