The staff are friendly and I always feel comfortable when visiting for a wax. The only negatives on this occasion were that some wax was left behind and a number of hairs were missed. Would return though.

Didn’t feel particularly comfortable and felt like I was a burden. Everything was really clean but the wax was not the best I’ve had - still had some patches left.
