The treatments were okay but more attention to detail would have been appreciated. Also, at the till I was initially charged £7 more than quoted on treatwell and on the price list at the shop. I then produced the confirmation email with the original amount quoted and then they amended it. Not very happy about that.

Gel was removed correctly however it felt rushed and she did not even file my nails after which was a shame. Also there were still flecks of the old nail varnish on my nails. Quite expensive for what felt like a rushed treatment.
