I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but since I’ve been asked, it needs to be honest. The stylist was friendly, and salon is nice. But overall, it was really bad. I discussed what I wanted and she seemed to understand totally, and agreed; she was so confident,I didn’t question when she didn’t show me the colours first. The highlights look like Geri Spice 2001 - striped, symmetrical, brassy. They’re terrible.The cut is v. basic; hair is over-bleached and ruined. I’m so disappointed.Worst ever.

My face was left swollen and bruised after the threading for about 3 days afterwards, and the gel nails didn’t even last a week before chipping or peeling off completely!

Had a Hollywood wax here, it took a about half an hour. I had Donna, who seemed very nice. A few small hairs were left behind in the most sensitive area, but overall the wax looks great and I'd prefer a few left behind rather than being made too sore through tweazing. It does what it says on the tin.
