My head still hurts me from all the edgy nails pulling my hair and the comb used with all the possible strength. I prefer doing my own haircut and am now afraid to even go to a beauty saloon due to this unfortunate experience. It was just horrible and extremely painful for me. Although I said three times that I was feeling a lot of pain, nothing changed. Out of respect I somehow endured and did not leave in the middle of the procedure. Just horrible.

This was my second appointment with Chloe and it went great again. My new cut and color are top. I can only recommend her services. The salon itself could benefit from a little revamp.

Parts of this were great and parts really weren’t. The hairdresser was personable and friendly but the other staff were really quite unprofessional. One was whizzing across the room on a wheeled stool, and using bad language, as well as chatting away on his phone. The hairdresser kept being called away to look at things on colleagues’ phones etc.
Overall cleanliness and state of repair was quite poor.
The only redeeming factor was the friendliness of the hairdresser working with me, but sadly, I wouldn’t return.
