Emma was great. She listened to what I wanted and dealt with the disaster of my hair turning green when bleached (after previous henna use) so brilliantly. I felt like I was in good hands and left content with my hair. It also made a huge difference to have privacy and quiet when getting your hair done rather than the usual chaos!
