Warm and welcoming arrival, I was offered a drink and was given a hot drink with a cupcake and snack bar. So unexpected, it was a welcomed treat.
My stylist was really friendly, she did a great job with my hair. I felt great leaving the salon.
I mentioned it was my birthday in a few days so the stylist found a candle and placed it in my cupcake. Amazing customer service, booking again.

This is my favourite beauty salon in Manchester. Since you arrive they take care of you with a nice coffe, the staff is really nice and my masseuse was really good and she gave me suggestions as well for the after care at home.
