Staff were friendly but I’m really disappointed with the result of my root tint and toner. We agreed on a colour similar to my natural root and I am at least 3 shades darker. For the toner the hope was to just cool down my existing blonde balayage to a creamy blonde, but my current result is very dark all over and there is hardly any balayage still visible. What is left is basically blueish grey and in some places even green. I think the toner has permanent colour mixed in as it is so thick.

My experience was great although I was not totally happy with my hairstyle and colour. And that's why I think they are great. I called them and they offered me to do it again. The final result what was I was expecting so cannot be happier. With the colour, they have offered me to do it again but I have decided to give it an opportunity. It is just darker than expected but I understand it will go with washes as well.
Will definitively come back!
