if the salon does not have enough staff to take multiple appointments, multiple appointments should not be booked. I had a appointment for eyebrow threading at 6pm on Monday and I did not get seen to until 6.40pm. this was very unprofessional and quite rude.

I felt really well looked after having my nails done. The last time I had them done elsewhere wasn’t a great experience, but this was my first visit to the salon and they got them exactly how I wanted, they even fixed the issues I had before. I’m really happy with the result.
