Everyone I spoke to during my visit was really friendly and gave great customer service. I'm really happy with my haircut from Zara - she gave me exactly what I wanted and also kept checking in that what she was doing was ok, which I always appreciate!

Nice salon. Offered me drinks and snacks whilst waiting. Every staff member was friendly and lovely. Misha did my nails and did a good job. Thanks

Bad experience from start to finish, hairdresser didn’t ask my name to book me in and didn’t complete a consultation before washing my hair. When eventually I was asked what I would like, I didn’t feel that I was understood. I asked for longer layers and was told I would be charged £10 more for layers although I had already paid £35 for cut and blow dry.
I didn’t feel like I could trust them with the haircut, I will never return to this salon. Very disappointing
