Bit of a chaotic atmosphere with people being treated by multiple members of staff. Only had 5 foils in my hair but she charged me for a half head highlights so a bit of a rip off. Also didn't ask how I wanted my blow dry - just cracked on. However, coffee and cake is a nice touch and overall I am happy with the colour and cut.
