I didn't have Fatima I had another lady. Fatima is a great stylist, which is why I booked with her but unfortunately had another person and she was terrible. My hair had patches of grey, silver and purple when I'd asked for ash blonde. Won't be going back, which is a shame because all my other experiences with other stylist's have been excellent.
