I booked treatments through the app and when I turned up for my appointment the salon had no availability or no idea I had even booked! No apology, very rude, told me my child was not welcome in the salon! I had called and left a message early that morning requesting to be informed if bringing my 5 year old with me was an issue but noone called me. Maybe if this salon checked their phones, emails and booking apps the hole situation could have been avoided! Awful service! Rude staff!
