First time visiting the salon and was made to feel very welcome. Sarah was disinfecting all equipment so felt safe covid wise. She was also very chatty and friendly so was nice to feel at ease. She explained everything she was doing with the cut and so there were no surprises. Hair looks and feels a lot better and I am glad I went to salon13. Will be back:)

I went to get my haircut at Salon 13 for the first time and I loved the whole experience!
The salon is clean and COVID safe. Sarah has such a bubbly personality and she makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.
Sarah was brilliant, extremely attentive and made my hair look amazing! I can honestly say my hair has never looked better. Sarah makes you feel so comfortable and checks in with you the whole time to make sure you’re happy with the progress. Would highly recommend!
