I don't usually leave negative reviews, the stylist was genuinely lovely. Unfortunately, the end result was far from what I expected. I had my hair done before going on holiday and left feeling really upset with the outcome. My hair ended up with several different tones throughout it orange, blonde and brown rather than ashy blonde, even colour the colour had also bled in places, making the overall result look patchy and unfinished. She even gave it for free because she felt so bad in the end.
