overall i was happy with the finished look, however some things they could do to improve are:
-make pricing more clear on treatwell and on their pamphlets because a few extra costs came out of no where
-give more time for appointments. i had three different people do my hair as each person didn’t have the time to complete the job which made me feel quite unsettled
-i was in the salon for three hours and was offered a cup of tea in the very last 10 minutes. perhaps offer slightly earlier if this is something you do.
