Laura was talking throughout the massage and was really struggling with the machine. The massage was meant to be for 1 hr and I was only treated for 35 minutes out of which she kept talking all the time. My body was really hurting after the massage. Facial was good but the light was so bright and face massage was awful!! I go to the other branch all the time and Rina is just so fantastic there. I was happy with mani and pedi. Jewlyn was really good and professional.
