Lovely professional staff. Totally understanding when I was little late due to the traffic. Service was exactly as requested and to standard that I would expect. Totally recommend.

The lady who did the treatment was really nice. I enjoyed the treatment and it's helped my hearing. The only negative thing is that it wasn't that quiet (you could hear hair dryers) but that didn't bother me - just it might prevent some people from fully relaxing.
