I have been to the salon 3 times recently because I have been unable to go to my usual hairdresser. Becky has cut my hair really well, I have very short hair and it can easily be cut badly. Becky is always chatty and overall I am glad I chose this salon via Treatwell.

Lovely experience. Greeted at door, straight to the shampoo and condition. Becky took time to understand what I wanted and I came away (early) with a lovely haircut. Thank you

Awful experience - stylist would not listen to anything I requested - was told she did not feel comfortable cutting as I requested - asked for layering and shaping - stylist did not cut as I asked - wanted longer at back - left with damp hair in winter no offer to dry it - child was distressed - had it cut previously and the lady was really nice and understood and cut professionally - I do not know why this stylist refused - maybe untrained
