Got a Thai herbal compress and Paulina very kindly fit me late on the Saturday as the order wasn’t in when I went to book my original date.
Kept me updated before my appointment.
On the day Paulina was very nice and went through the treatment with me.
Very relaxing, although I didn’t find it helped with my back pain but maybe due to it being my first time.
Got a patch test for an eyebrow tint and wax, went the following week.
Again Paulina was extremely friendly, definitely recommend.

Nice and clean but the treatment wasn’t good and felt rushed towards the end. I particularly didn’t enjoy the cold wet facecloth she used to take off the oil as I smelt of wet facecloth afterwards
