I got my patch test for an LVL lash lift that I will be getting soon. The staff were so friendly and explained how to do the patch test, as you do it yourself at home. I love the premises... can get my organic food on the way out downstairs!

Arrived and had to wait for 15 minutes past my appointment time, but Mel was very apologetic. Treatment was much quicker than anticipated and very well done. Very happy with the results.
The waiting room felt a bit cold and univiting and whilst waiting it would have been nice to have been offered some water or something, as I arrived early and my appointment was late, however this would not stop me from returning again.
All in all I would definitely return for the same treatment again.
