Arrived and had to wait for 15 minutes past my appointment time, but Mel was very apologetic. Treatment was much quicker than anticipated and very well done. Very happy with the results. The waiting room felt a bit cold and univiting and whilst waiting it would have been nice to have been offered some water or something, as I arrived early and my appointment was late, however this would not stop me from returning again. All in all I would definitely return for the same treatment again.

Great value! The salon was lovely, very relaxing and clean. The facial was good, no extractions, but my skin was left hydrated and clean.
