I booked an express tan but was not given one, it was the 8-10 hour developing tan which is not what I wanted. I’ve had the express tan before so clearly know the difference. I didn’t want to sleep in it because I always find it goes patchy but now am going to have to, disappointing because this is for my wedding day and should have gone perfectly!! The express fan was far better.

The waxing experience seemed quite rushed. She already had someone waiting when I was leaving. They are clearly overbooking as my session was supposed to be 45minutes. But was completed in 20 minutes. Not what I'm used to, no clean up strips were done. When I got home there was a lot of areas missed, I had to finish my wax at home. They seem that they only care about the amount of clients they get, rather than the quality of service they provide.
