Really disappointed as I turned up 5 mins early waited over 15 and no one showed up. I went to check I had been checked in and was told it would be another couple of minutes. I had to leave 5 minutes later as I was having an thread over my lunch break and this level of delay with no explanation was poor and I had to get back to work. Annoying as one time I had to rearrange a time and was told if it happened again I would have to pay. I rang 4 hours before the app.

Liked my eyelashes however the right one is not as fuller as the other eye which is annoying its noticeable if I wasn’t going away the following day I would have gone back
