I hardly leave comments but I had such great experience at Saks! My hair is dark thick and very challenging to deal with (Southeast Asian hair!) and I just had a very bad haircut from somewhere else that needs a lot of fix. Carmel was amazing; she was honest and realistic about how much we could achieve with the length and style I currently have. And she managed to fix it to give it a finesse. I’m impressed! This could be the first haircut in UK I came out feeling great about it!

Shannon was great! I have long curly hair and she really took the time to understand what would work best and didn’t rush through the process as more customers started to drop-in. As someone with hair that takes a while to style I really appreciate Shannon for her time :)
